Ernst Drewes is a registered Urban and Regional Planner with 35 years of experience as an Urban and Regional Planner. He specialises in property development and project management and obtained the following degrees: B. Art et Scien (Town and Regional Planning), M. Art et Scien (Regional Planning), and a PhD (Regional Planning). Ernst is also an accredited mediator (CD/ACDS) specialising
in development and property mediation.

Mariske is a qualified (B. Art et Scien) and registered Urban and Regional Planner (Pr. Pln) with 20 years` experience within the private practice as well as an academic. She has specific knowledge and experience in mining-related development and strategic spatial planning throughout South Africa on which she also wrote her PhD thesis.
